Action® Drop Seat

The Xact® Integrated Drop Seat comes complete with the Xact® Soft Cushion.

Available in sizes between 16" x 16" and 20" x 20" and with either standard cover or incontinent cover.

A variety of drop hook options are available as listed below:

Action® Twister® Adjustable Tension Back Support

The Twister® back is a hybrid back support using hook and loop technology to support users with normal to severe kypho-scoliotic vertebral misalignment.

Akton® polymer cubes horizontally line the back of the cover and are designed to accommodate deformity while ensuring comfort and pressure relief. The cube construction makes the product exceptionally lightweight and allows air to flow between rows, keeping it cool. This lightweight design makes this product ideal for active users.

Available in two heights; Short (for chair backs 16" or lower) and Tall (for chair backs 17" or higher). The backs are for both cane back and rigid frame chair and when ordering you must specify if product is for a wheelchair with or without push handles. Custom sizes not available.

Action® Adaptive Pads

Action's Adaptive Cube Pads have multi functional applications for traditional and non-traditional seating challenges. Pads are designed to be cut and used for spot protection in products such as arm pads, foot plates, head/leg rests and splints/braces.

Adaptive pads are available in three styles:

• Flat Adaptive Pads
  • Flat adaptive pads are available in 1/4", 1/2" and 5/8" thicknesses.
  • When used as a cushion the Adaptive Pad is intended for comfort only, not medical intervention.
• Cube Adaptive Pads
  • Cube adaptive Pads are available in 9/16" thickness.
  • The Adaptive Cube Pad is not sold with a cover. If a cover is desired, please order a Shear Smart® Pad.
• Pebble Adaptive Pads
  • Pebble adaptive Pads are available in 1/4", 1/2" and 1" thicknesses.
  • When used as a cushion the Adaptive Pad is intended for comfort only, not medical intervention.

Action® Mattress Overlay

Made of 100% AKTON® polymer, Action's Mattress Overlays are used to cover the entire surface or isolated areas of an existing standard mattress.

Used by hospitals and long term care facilities as a significant component in prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers, AKTON® polymer will not migrate like gels, does not promote bacterial growth, and is ideal for multiple client use.

Some models are available with a hook and loop hitch used to secure one end of the overlay to the head of the bed. The hitch will reduce slippage when the bed is raised.

Action® Commode Pads

Action® Commode seat pads provide comfort and relief from pressure and shear. Hook and loop make product easy to attach, use and maintain.

Action® Mini Cube Pads

Designed to help you manage pressure, shear and friction in a variety of applications, these pads are often used for "spot" protection of high pressure areas or as padding for surfaces such as lap trays, wheelchair calf or foot rests and head pads.

Pads function equally as well on flat or contoured surfaces. Its versatility makes it an ideal product to have in one's tool box."
